Can I connect my old work email account?

A natural question when setting up Connect The Dots is can I connect my old work email account? People will say, "I've got years of history with my old company that would great to have." 

Unfortunately you need to have access to an account to add it to Connect The Dots. So if you can't login to your old work email, there is no way of pulling in the relationships from that career experience.
