Does Connect The Dots Work With Outlook & Exchange Server On-Premises?

We currently only support fully-hosted Outlook and hybrid-hosted Outlook (where the main emails are managed by Microsoft, but some folders might be stored on-prem).  We do not currently support a full Outlook (e.g. Exchange Server).

The reason: User authentication is done via Microsoft-managed OAuth.  E.g. the user grants us permission via Microsoft's centralized graph service.  In on-prem Outlook instances, there is no connection to Microsoft's centralized service, so there's no way for Microsoft to manage access control.
