With Metadata-only access, can I see my email history?
Yes, partially. You’ll be able to partially understand your email history through their subject lines and the participants. You will not see the bodies of your emails.
When you grant Metadata-only access to your email account, you give Connect The Dots the ability to ingest and analyze only your email header data. That allows us to analyze who you’ve communicated with and when – which, in turn, allows us to accurately calculate relationship scores and build your list of People and Companies. However, without access to the email content, we cannot enhance your data by analyzing email signature data.
