Can I upgrade from Metadata-only access to full access?

Yes, you can upgrade to full access at any time.  By doing so, you’ll be able to view the bodies of your email communications in CTD. This provides invaluable context about your communication history with someone.

You can also change back to "Metadata-only" at any time.
