Your Account Is Ready Email

For companies who turn on the Enterprise Connector, this is the email sent out to all employees letting them know that their account is ready. We'll work with your Champion to determine the date and time to send it out, but it typically follows an internal announcement by your Executive Sponsor. Note that employees are not required to sign in, but it's good practice to let them know they have an account and can adjust their sharing preferences if they so choose.

As mentioned above we recommend that you have your Executive Sponsor announce the initiative in an all-hands meeting and with an email similar to this one. This provides context and helps you get ahead of any questions employees might have.

To get the most out of Connect The Dots you'll want to make a push during your first 30 days to encourage their employees to connect their personal email, import their LinkedIn contacts, and think about who to invite to grow their network. The key to success is to search across ALL your relationships, and each of these steps adds a piece to the puzzle.
