Google Workspace Enterprise Connector Setup

This guide is intended for companies that need to set up Connect The Dots Enterprise Connector on their Google Workspace.

In order for all user accounts in the company to be processed by Connect The Dots, the Google Workspace Administrator needs to perform the following steps: 

  1. Visit https://admin.google.com/u/4/ac/owl/domainwidedelegation
  2. Click on Add New
  1. Input the following Information:
    1. Client ID: 112764625517011504363
    2. OAuth Scopes:
      1. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
      2. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly
      3. https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send

  2. Click on Authorize
  3. Notify your point of contact at Connect The Dots via email that you have completed these steps. Make sure to include the following:
    1. The Workspace Admin email that performed these steps
    2. List of all workspace email domains
  4. The Customer Success team will start the ingestion of the entire workspace by manually triggering the process.
  5. You're done!

We will only ever use the scopes outlined in step 3; we are authorized to view the list of users from the workspace and fetch their emails. Nothing more.
